Acceptance of terms
By using Nommad, creating an account, submitting a request, or managing a vendor profile, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
What Nommad is
Nommad is a discovery and operations platform for food trucks, drink vendors, pop-ups, fair vendors, and other mobile food or drink businesses. Nommad helps customers find food that moves and helps vendors manage public profile information.
User accounts and vendor accounts
Customers, vendors, and admins may access different areas of the platform. Account owners are responsible for protecting login credentials, magic links, and private owner QR codes.
Vendor responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, and safety of their business information, public location, schedule, menu, photos, specials, prices, and booking responses.
Customer and event organizer responsibilities
Customers and event organizers must provide accurate contact, event, and request information. Booking requests are inquiries and do not create a guaranteed booking or contract unless confirmed separately by the vendor.
Accuracy of vendor information
Nommad may display vendor-submitted, admin-entered, or imported information. Location, schedule, status, menus, prices, specials, dietary tags, and availability may change without notice.
Location, schedule, menus, and specials
Nommad attempts to make live vendor information easy to update, but mobile vendors move, close, sell out, or change schedules. Customers should verify directly with the vendor before relying on time-sensitive information.
Bookings and event requests
Booking and event request forms are not guaranteed offers, quotes, or reservations. Estimated quotes are informational only. Final pricing and terms are confirmed by the vendor.
Reviews and user content
Users may not post abusive, unlawful, misleading, private, or infringing content. Nommad may moderate, reject, hide, or remove reviews and other user content.
Prohibited use
Users may not misuse the platform, scrape private data, attempt unauthorized access, post spam, impersonate others, interfere with the service, or use Nommad for illegal activity.
Intellectual property
Nommad branding, software, design, and platform materials belong to Nommad or its licensors. Vendor logos, photos, menus, and business content remain the responsibility of the vendor or rightful owner.
Third-party services and links
Nommad may link to maps, social media, analytics, QR tracking, payment, email, or TAP services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
QR and TAP integration reference
Nommad may power food-truck information used on the back side of selected TAP cards or TAP-tracked QR links. TAP owns TAP card identity, front card behavior, and TAP analytics. Nommad owns Nommad vendor profile data.
Disclaimers
Nommad is provided as-is and as-available. Draft legal language should be reviewed by an attorney before launch. Nommad does not guarantee uninterrupted service, vendor availability, menu accuracy, event outcomes, or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability placeholder
A final limitation of liability section should be reviewed and customized by legal counsel before public launch.
Termination and suspension
Nommad may suspend or remove accounts, vendors, content, QR tools, or access when needed for safety, policy, payment, legal, abuse, or operational reasons.
Changes to terms
Nommad may update these terms. Updated terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
