Vendor profile responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for accurate business information, public status, location, menu, hours, prices, photos, specials, and booking settings.
Location, menu, and hours expectations
Vendors should update time-sensitive information before service and when closing, selling out, moving, or changing schedules.
Public content moderation
Nommad may review, approve, decline, request changes, hide, or remove public profile content, links, photos, FAQs, reviews, and event listings.
Photo and logo permission
Vendors must have permission to upload logos, truck photos, menu images, and other public assets.
Pricing and payment placeholders
Initial public pricing may include setup and monthly listing/hosting fees. Final billing terms, taxes, refunds, late payments, off-season maintenance, cancelled mode, and reactivation fees should be reviewed before launch.
Booking requests disclaimer
Booking requests are leads or inquiries. Nommad does not guarantee event bookings, customer attendance, vendor acceptance, or payment.
TV Menu and QR/TAP integration
Vendors are responsible for TV menu accuracy. Public QR, menu QR, location QR, and private owner QR tools may use TAP tracking. TAP card front-side management remains inside TAP.
Private owner QR responsibility
Private owner QR links let trusted staff update Nommad information. Treat private QR access like a key and regenerate it if it is shared incorrectly.
Prohibited content and suspension
Vendors may not publish unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or unsafe content. Nommad may suspend or remove vendors for safety, legal, abuse, payment, or platform reasons.
Contact and support
Use Nommad support for account, billing, QR, TAP, menu, or profile questions.
