Reviews stay honest
Negative reviews are not removed merely for being negative. Nommad moderates fraud, threats, conflicts of interest, and content that violates the standards.
Verified interaction
A review may be marked Verified Interaction when a confirmed booking or other defensible platform record connects the parties. A QR scan alone is not proof of purchase.
Cancellations and no-shows
Report the reason promptly. Nommad preserves the request timeline and messages so an administrator can review what happened.
Protected contact
Request messages keep phone numbers and email addresses private until a vendor is accepted or the parties choose to share them at the appropriate stage.
Account action
Nommad may warn, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts when evidence shows repeated safety, fraud, or no-show problems.
